Master Fire Protection is the most thorough and consistent company in this category. I’ve been shopping around for the right company to assist me with understanding all the fire code specs for opening a new business in NYC and they have been amazing. Justin Martinez clearly represents his family business with the utmost attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His father Peter must be proud knowing his company will be around for many years to come with his son answering the phones, sending quotes, going on the road AND doing installs. FANTASTIC!

I have worked for Master Fire for several years now and I can truly say I look forward to going to work every day.I felt I had to write a review because if you look at the Google reviews below, you’ll see they were all written exactly one year ago. Probably someone had a bad experience, which is an impossible when you’re serving hundreds of customers a week.A lot of times reviews written by haters so here’s some love.The people here care about what we do because we know we’re helping save lives. It’s a real family atmosphere, and we are all in it together.Peter Martinez is a great boss to work for. The holiday parties are always fun and I love the busy pace.Great place to work.

I have been employed with Master fire for 3 years and to be honest It’s the best job I had so far. We all work together and have never had a complaint yet from any customer… every worker gets treated fairly and the bosses are great to work with….. you won’t be disappointed with working with us.

Master Fire Systems came in and did the Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Fire Suppression System Certification for the Restaurant I was working with… I’ve seen several other service providers over the years, but Master Fire Systems was very thorough, Professional and Friendly. The best I’ve seen. I don’t have a restaurant of my own, yet… But they will be the Fire Protection Service I will use. I give them my highest recommendation!

Master Fire should be your first call when it comes to designing a commercial kitchen in NYC.As the Corporate Chef for Corner Table Restaurant group and with many years of experience managing kitchens, as well as corporate operations, I know first hand how complex the issues are concerning life safety in a commercial kitchen. When your cooking with high heat and all high volumes, it is imperative to entrust these official systems to a company such as master fire. It should be part of your risk mitigation strategy. Case in point; when we were designing and constructing The Smith restaurant at Lincoln Center, NYC one of my first calls was to Peter Martinez with whom i’d worked with before.I knew the job of installing a fire suppression system would be challenging. Master Fire Preventions ability to start with architectural plans, navigate the permit process, install and stress test the system, are worth every penny. I knew that the fire safety, fire protection and fire suppression systems were in good hands, and the entire process would be managed with the utmost attention to detail – from conception to competition .I believe there is a video of our testing the Ansul system on you tube. They’re able to work independently at a high level. Its just a great comfort to know I can leave the fire suppression installation and testing to Master Fire and focus on other matters. Out of 100 I give Peter and his team at Master Fire 110! thank you Peter & Justin and the entire team at Master Fire for all the years of hard work and dedication to The Smith.
